Our Remote Attestation:
• Creates electronic forms by electronically “typing” data from your Vital Records database onto forms and faxing them to medical certifiers
• Sends and receives faxes using Fax over IP, no telecoms wiring required!
• Reads the document ID on returned faxes and determines whether the form has been signed
• Sends data on received faxes back to the Electronic Registration (Vital Records EDRS) application
• Provides a safe long-term archive of all documents sent and received, including Production and Disaster Recovery systems
