Mobile Dispatch integrates directly with your TMS and places up-to-the-minute data about every stop in the hands of your drivers. Dispatching decisions appear live on the tablet and driver status updates flow back to your TMS in real time, facilitating better load planning and accurate invoicing.

As a high-performance point solution, Mobile Dispatch is located on the mission-critical “edge” of the supply chain: where software meets on-the-ground reality. Getting high-quality, comprehensive data about the status of your freight directly from the driver gives you a distinct competitive edge over carriers.

Data from Mobile Dispatch feeds into a suite of reports for tracking KPIs like stops per hour and detention time, along with telemetric and fuel use data. Reports can be accessed manually or programmatically using the Mobile Dispatch reporting API.

▻ Intelligent Photo Capture

Mobile Dispatch delivers a suite of powerful document intelligence features.

Intelligent Photo Capture puts the power of a back-office auditor directly in your driver’s hands at the moment of pickup or delivery. Our AI-powered BL capture identifies and structures data on the BL like consignee address, pallets, pieces, weight, handwritten notes and much more. The flexible configuration lets you instruct the system to flag the information you need. Identify errors or incomplete information while the driver is still on-site, avoiding costly disputes and confusion.

Intelligent freight photos visually scan the shipment to identify possible exceptions and OS&D claims in real time, ensuring the right freight is being delivered and stopping mistakes before they happen. Freight photos are archived in Acordex’s cloud-based Safekeep Imaging System, giving you a record of the freight’s condition at each point along its journey.

Beyond bills of lading and freight, drivers can also take photos of delivery receipts, customs documents or any other paperwork directly from Mobile Dispatch while at a customer stop. ▻ Data Integrations

The Mobile Dispatch API integrates into your TMS and other systems, providing them with critical data in real-time. Document images, location, stop duration, exceptions, accessorials and other critical data is transmitted the second a shipment is handled, providing your organization and partners with immediate, accurate visibility. This means lower costs for you and a more reliable, transparent experience for your customers.

▻ Electronic PODs

Drivers can collect a consignee signature on the tablet, allowing Mobile Dispatch to generate an electronic POD instantly upon delivery. Mobile Dispatch can also digitally overlay the signature and other critical information, such as services provided, onto any image in the imaging system.

The electronic PODs are indexed in the Safekeep imaging system and immediately available to internal users and outside parties within seconds of the completed delivery. 

Drivers no longer need to log in to multiple systems to do their day’s work. For example, upon arrival at a shipper’s dock, one click starts the detention time clock, tells the ELD that he is on-duty, notifies your TMS that the freight is being picked up and tells your dispatcher what the driver is doing. At the end of the day, one logout checks for anything that was forgotten, e.g. did the driver complete the post-trip DVIR?

Designed to handle the complex LTL world, Mobile Dispatch easily manages same-day, air forwarding, multi-stop and TL as well. Mobile Dispatch eliminates misunderstandings about routing, scheduling and realtime changes in pickup assignments.
