Drop To Paper Flow

Situations such as cross-jurisdictional or doctor's office equipment failure can cause some transactions to drop to paper. This means the physician or Funeral Director will drive to a local office with signed paperwork. This paperwork can also be automated at the state level by providing a special fax number for local office use.
