Multiple Remote Scan Stations

If you have very high incoming document volumes, or you have documents that originate at many different locations, then Safekeep's multiple scan station feature will meet your requirements. It is a resilient design that will keep scanners always running at full speed.

Multiple scan stations requires a dedicated image server, described in the Multi-user solution page.

Remote scan stations:

tolerate network down situations

permit two scan stations appending pages to the same document at the same time. This feature even works in network-down situations and automatically resolves page numbering when the network comes back up!

centralize archive backup for all scan stations

all documents from all scan stations are available at all locations at all times when the network is up.

if the network is down, documents are still available at the location that scanned them.
