The name Acordex is derived from the word "accordance" to emphasize our commitment to work in accordance with:

• our customers' existing computer infrastructure
• multi-vendor, open industry standards

Internet/intranet imaging (i3) standards

Acordex products include direct native use of Internet standards like TCP/IP, http and ftp, and imaging standards like CCITT compression, TIFF and PostScript.

Unlike imaging systems that support standards by adding a layer of translators, our native use of these internet/intranet imaging (i3) standards results in performance that exceeds the speed of proprietary products.
