This folder will be located in your browser's "download" folder, which is usually configured to be the desktop. If you cannot locate the "AccelViewTIFF" folder, use Finder, pick "Find" from the "File" menu and search for "AccelViewTIFF".
If you find the AccelViewTIFF folder, simply double-click the installer contained inside. If you find the AccelViewTIFF.zip file, double-click it to expand it. That makes the AccelViewTIFF folder. If you can't find either, you may need to try downloading Accel ViewTIFF from the Acordex web site again.
The "AccelViewTIFF" folder can be stored anywhere you want to keep it (it doesn't need to stay in your browser's download folder). The temporary file "AccelViewTIFF.zip" can be dragged to the trash after it expands into the "AccelViewTIFF" folder.
